I totally understand this struggle! What helped me was practicing deep breathing exercises before meetings. I also started speaking up early in meetings with small comments to break the ice for myself.

Have you considered talking to your manager about this? Many workplaces have employee assistance programs that can help. Also, preparing talking points beforehand really helps me feel more confident.
